Co-op Homes currently provides permanent and temporary housing.

If you are not already an existing Co-op Homes customer and would like to move into one of our properties, you will need to apply to join the local authority housing register for the area you are interested in living in.

If you are an existing Co-op Homes customer, you can apply for a housing transfer to an empty Co-op Homes property by registering on our Transfer Register. The Transfer Registration form can be downloaded below.

You can also register for a mutual exchange where you can exchange properties with someone who lives in a Co-op Homes property or another housing association or local authority home.
