Monthly Performance Reports
Co-op Homes measures its' performance against social housing key performance indicators for areas such as rent collection, rent arrears, relet times for empty properties, repairs and gas safety monitoring, the decent homes standard, diversity, staff wellbeing and customer enquiries.
