If you live in a property in the London Borough of Hounslow you may be interested to know that residents who take a stand against crime in their community are set to be rewarded for their efforts to make the borough a safer place for everyone.

Hounslow Community Safety Partnership – a partnership including the council and police – are looking for nominations for the annual reward and recognition scheme.

This is a chance to recognise and thank those community-spirited people who are willing to stand up for their neighbours and tackle crime and anti-social behaviour in their area.

Nominations can be made between 4 - 29 January 2010, and judging takes place during the first week of February.
