Co-op Homes is a social housing provider.
We are also Managing Agents who have been responding to the needs of our residents since 1986. Through co-operative housing, our residents are able to contribute to the upkeep of their homes and their environment as well as rightfully participate in their overall management. As a not-for-profit organisation, Co-op Homes believes that our customers are the foundation of our company which is why we are aiming to constantly improve the services we provide. In December 2005 we were pleased to join forces with the Richmond Housing Partnership Group and together our vision is to become the best provider of management services for co-operatives and other tenant-management organisations.
